Personal Yoga at Embrace Yoga is an opportunity to become more aware of habitual holding patterns on a physical, emotional and mental level. Through a slow guided sequence of asanas (postures) and breath you will naturally begin to feel a meditative state arising from within. From this place we begin to unwind the physical body to reveal a more relaxed and connected version of you. When you are able to meet the discomforts and challenges in your own body / mind through breath, patience and compassion, you are naturally more able to meet the discomforts and challenges in your life from a centered and relaxed space. Suitable for all. For 60 minutes, the unique Zen Embrace Yoga Studio is all yours. Experience Lauren's signature style Yoga all to yourself (outside of the regular timetable). You can choose the style of yoga flow: gentle slow and grounding, or weaving elements of dynamic fluid movement into the practice. Perfect idea for a special event – Hens Party, Corporate Event, Girls Weekend, Couples, Team Building, Families... Options: * Private 1 hour personalised session = $100 (exclusive use of studio) * Private 90 minute personalised session = $130 (exclusive use of studio) * 90 minutes: Up to four people in a private group = $200 (total) * 90 minutes: Over four people, up to 8 people in a private group = $320 (total) Expect all of the special offerings with attention to detail: guided visualisation, movement meditation as we flow in Hatha Yoga poses, breath-work, Reiki with gemstones, affirmation cards, Reiki with essential oils, sound bath, followed by relaxation with herbal teas and treats.
