Continue feeling 'blissed out' & float onto a massage table... Indulge your mind, body and spirit in a holistic experience with Lauren in the group Yoga session. Enjoy the carefully crafted balance of rest and flow for two hours, then allow the "feel good" experience to continue with a one hour massage. The one on one therapeutic massage treatment is with Fiona from 'Soul Good Beauty'. You won't know how good you can feel! Offerings... Tuesdays 10:00am-1:15pm
