New Venue, Workshops, Partner Yoga, Private Sessions, Retreats and more!
For the remainder of Term 1, the existing price schedule remains in place and the following Yoga Sessions are on offer:
Morning Yoga*, Fridays 10:00am-11:15am
Evening Yoga, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00pm-8:15pm
*You will notice Tuesday morning sessions are temporarily ceasing for this Term as I am undertaking Business Training.
From Term 2 (coinciding with school terms), Embrace Yoga sessions will relocate to the new ‘Tree House’, a tranquil home studio, nestled amongst trees and tropical gardens, suspended over the valley. From the moment you begin your journey down the garden steps, instantly an essence of peace and serenity greets you. The unique Shala overlooks the rolling hills of Currumbin Valley out to the beautiful coastline.
Term Two: Monday 20th April to Sunday 28th June 2020
· Day Sessions: Bliss & Well-Being (up to 2 hours)
You will experience Lauren’s signature style… Hatha Yoga postures, guided visualisation, meditation, breath-work, Reiki, relaxation and beauty for your senses (75 mins).
Following the daytime classes there is time for you sit back, soak up the valley views, enjoy complimentary raw treats and herbal teas… an opportunity to chill & be still after your practice and connect with other likeminded people.
· Evening sessions: Relax & Restore (1 ½ hours)
Even before you approach the softly lit ‘Tree House’, your Zen experience begins with a step though nature and tropical gardens. On arrival at the sacred Shala, you will be welcomed in the stunning candle-lit studio with chilled Remedy Kombucha, relaxing music and an opportunity to connect with others. This is followed by 75 blissful minutes of Lauren’s signature style Yoga.
Investing in your wellbeing is priceless. Your commitment to your Yoga Practice sets the tone for your life. I invite you to dedicate this time to yourself, to nourish your body, calm your mind and bring balance into your life.
